StampFix Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Only non-customized stamp products are eligible for return.
- Custom stamps, personalized or engraved stamps, and any customized or altered products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Period:
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the consumer. You are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping fees for returning the product to StampFix.
Condition of the Product:
- The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. It should be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- All original accessories, documents, and packaging materials must be included in the return.

Non-Returnable Items:
As mentioned earlier, custom stamps and any customized or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or appropriate solution.
